LET GO OF OVERTHINKING AND FIND YOUR CALM

For those who feel overwhelmed by their thoughts, constantly “on,” or unable to fully switch off.
This is a space to slow down, feel calmer, and reconnect with yourself.

The Approach

My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH)- an evidence-based approach that combines psychology and hypnosis to help you change patterns at both a conscious and unconscious level.

Together, we explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected, while using hypnosis to gently access deeper layers of the mind - where automatic reactions, habits, and emotional responses are formed.

This means we don’t just talk about change - we create it.
In a way that feels natural, grounded, and lasting.

You might recognise yourself here

Anxiety

A constant sense of tension that doesn’t fully go away - even when everything seems “fine” on the surface.

Your mind anticipates, your body stays alert, and it’s hard to truly relax or feel safe in the moment.

Overthinking

Your mind keeps going, long after the moment has passed.

You replay conversations, analyse decisions, and search for certainty - but instead feel stuck, restless, and unable to switch off.

Emotional Overwhelm

At times, everything feels like too much - emotions, expectations, daily responsibilities.

Even small things can feel heavy, and you find yourself needing space, but not always knowing how to get it.

Self-Criticism and Low Self-Esteem

There’s an inner pressure to do more, be better, get it right -and a quiet voice that rarely feels satisfied.

Even when things go well, it’s hard to truly feel good enough or at ease with yourself.

Sleep Difficulties

You feel tired, but your mind doesn’t follow.

Thoughts keep circling, your body stays activated, and rest feels just out of reach - even when you need it most.

And sometimes, it’s more than that...

Not everything fits into a clear category. Sometimes it’s a mix of thoughts, habits, emotions, and patterns that no longer feel helpful.

Wherever you are, we begin from there - gently, and at your pace

Understanding Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy

A different way of working with your mind

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that combines psychology and hypnosis.

It helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and reactions are connected - and why certain patterns keep repeating.

Instead of just talking about change,
we work at a deeper level of the mind
where those patterns are actually formed.

So change can begin to feel more natural - not forced.

How it works

We work with both the conscious and unconscious parts of your mind- gently and at your pace.

Using hypnosis, we create a calm, focused state where your mind becomes more open and less guarded.

This allows us to access the deeper patterns behind your thoughts, habits, and emotional responses.

From there, change doesn’t feel like something you have to force-
it begins to unfold more naturally.

Who it's for

This is for you if you feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm - even when things seem “fine” on the outside.

If your mind rarely switches off,
and you find yourself analysing, anticipating, or holding everything together.

You don’t need a label or a clear explanation for what you’re feeling.

Just a sense that something isn’t quite working anymore -
and you’re ready for a different way.

01

First step

We begin with a calm, open conversation- a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what's been happening.

How we work together

A gentle, structured process designed to help you understand your mind and create lasting change.

02

Understanding your patterns

Together, we explore how your thoughts, emotions, and habits are connected- and what keeps certain patterns in place.

03

Creating change

Using cognitive behavioral hypnotherapy, we gently work with both the conscious and subconscious mind to shift unhelpful patterns.

04

Moving forward

You begin to feel more in control, more grounded, and better equipped to navigate your thoughts and emotions.

And things that once felt overwhelming start to feel manageable.

You don't have to hold it all together here

You’ve learned to hold it all together.

To think ahead. Stay in control. Keep going.

And it works.

Until it doesn’t.

This isn’t about fixing you or puting a label on your experience.

It’s about understanding what’s been running in the background- so change can feel natural.

You can slow down here.

.

Maybe you don't have to try harder.

Maybe you just need a different conversation.
